You have never heard of such a wood, so why not try it? We set out to change the conversation and to change that conversation around the bar-b-que. Now fifteen years later people are still hearing about our brand for the first time. We are a small operation, with a dream of using a resource, stretching it a little further, while cleaning up the high ways and by ways one shipment at a time. Bar-B-Qubes fit into to smaller spaces, they reduce the space needed for storage and shipping. They last longer and create great flavor by using only a little at a time. Use less and get more.
Vision
What started with a butcher in Oklahoma cooking on a commercial pellet grill, in addition to wood pellets he was burning a cherry bar-b-qube in competition. His win streak got bigger and bigger. What started there has continued in commercial kitchens around the world. Our vision has never been to be a secret but its no secret you may be the last to know about a product our fans call great. A product that you will "get" right away - for some smoking fast smoke flavor! A product you wish you had known about long ago.
